NBB Participates as Silver Sponsor in the Bahrain International Airshow 2022

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) took part as a Silver Sponsor in the Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS) 2022, representing the local financial sector and aligning with the Bank’s efforts to expand its reach and capitalise on regional and international networking opportunities.

In line with its efforts to fulfil the Kingdom’s national vision, NBB continues to invest in large-scale Kingdom-wide initiatives, positioning the Bank as a regional business leader and profiting from vital networking opportunities with local, regional and international entities to invest in its ongoing growth and development.

NBB recognised the vital role played by the organisers of the event, led by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Al Khalifa, Chairman of BIAS Supreme Organising Committee & Personal Representative of His Majesty the King, and lauded their efforts in hosting yet another successful show that positions the Kingdom as a regional and global aviation hub in line with international standards and best practices.

The Bahrain International Airshow continues to serve as a prominent business platform for the aviation industry, displaying the latest upgrades alongside a great deal of research and development, technology and tourism contributing to the overall economic growth of the Kingdom and its Economic Recovery Plan.

Celebrating its tenth-year anniversary, the Bahrain International Airshow 2022 took place from 9 – 11 November at the Sakhir Airbase. The Show provided exhibitors with the opportunity to network with high level VIP decision-makers and hosted daily flying displays featuring the latest in both military jets and commercial aircrafts.
